Mandatory Documents
Congratulations on your ownership at River Park Glen! To make things as easy as possible, we’ve set up an online process to help you quickly complete your paperwork and ensure you have all the information that you’ll need. Please submit a completed copy of each of the forms below to the River Park Glen office. We require this information to complete your owner registration. If you have any questions please call us at (780) 790-2077 or drop by the River Park Glen office during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).
Please Note: Your unit’s occupants and/or property manager must be registered at all times. If they are not registered, then the office will not be able to assist them.
Owner Registration
Please submit form CM 0001 Owner Registration to the River Park Glen office. The condominium corporation requires one copy per unit. If you use a property manager, you must include their contact information.
Occupant and Fob Registration
Anyone living in your unit must also be registered in order for the office and/or security to assist them. Please submit form CM 0002 Occupant and Fob Registration to the River Park Glen office. If you rent your unit, you are responsible for ensuring that all occupants, managers, and contractors, comply with all bylaws. Parking Agreement
Anyone using a parking stall must be registered. If your parking stall will be used, please submit form CM 0003 Parking Agreement to the River Park Glen office. All vehicles parked at River Park Glen must have a valid parking pass hanging from the rear view mirror, valid insurance, and valid registration. The vehicle must be operational, in good repair, and not leaking fluids. Derelict vehicles or vehicles without a valid parking pass will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense.
Condo Fee Withdrawal
Condominium fees are due the first day of each month via automatic withdrawal. Please submit form CM 0009 Condo Fee Withdrawal to the River Park Glen office so that your condo fees and any applicable parking fees may be processed each month.
