Unit Sales

Our team of RECA licensed real estate professionals are the definitive experts on all things River Park Glen. We have managed this project since 1997 and know the property inside-and-out; if a buyer wants statistics on rental rates, bylaws, building mechanical issues, insurance, or the reserve fund we have all of the answers. This gives us a unique advantage that other real estate brokerages simply cannot offer.

Step 1: Initial Planning

The first step in the process would be to inspect your unit and produce a listing proposal for you. It would include timely market data, an estimate of your property’s value, and an overview of our services.

Step 2: Marketing the Property

Once the unit is ready to hit the market, we will post a detailed listing on REALTOR.ca (the most popular and most trusted real estate website in Canada) alongside additional promotional materials. Our team of on-location staff will be available to facilitate showings, and our licensed associates will be ready to answer any question a buyer or their agent may have.

Step 3: Negotiating with Buyers

Once an offer to purchase is submitted, we’ll assist you in reviewing its terms and conditions and plan on next steps. Since the offer will have been written from the perspective of the buyer, it will typically need to be countered in order to modify some of the terms and conditions to protect your interests in the transaction. If necessary, our team will work with you to draft counteroffers and will present it to the perspective buyer and/or their agent on your behalf. These negotiations will continue until an agreement that is acceptable to both parties is achieved.

Step 4: Completing the Sale

Once an agreement has been made, we’ll help guide you through the completion of the necessary paperwork any outstanding conditions and terms associated with the purchase contract so that the transaction can proceed to become a closed sale. We can also connect you with qualified legal professionals to assist in the transferring of the legal title and completing the distribution of the sale’s proceeds into your account.
